Five JUPAS Document Deadlines: OEA 20 Jan, SRR 17 Mar, SLP 26 May, All 5pm

The JUPAS official calendar sets the following submission deadlines, all at 5pm: 20 January 2027 for information and documentary proof for Other Experiences and Achievements in Competitions/Activities (OEA); 17 March 2027 for schools to submit the School Reference Report (SRR) on behalf of school-attending applicants, and for assessors to submit reference reports for non-school-attending applicants; 21 April 2027 for submitting via the JUPAS account other academic results (language subjects), music examination results, alternative qualifications in Chinese Language (ACL) and prior education information; 10 May 2027 for school principals to submit School Principal’s Nominations (SPN); and 26 May 2027 for submitting the Student Learning Profile (SLP).

The shared trap across these five deadlines is assuming you are the submitter. OEA, other academic results and the SLP are submitted by the applicant; the SRR is submitted by the school and the SPN by the principal, and neither can be finished by clicking send on the day. Because the calendar names the school and the principal as submitters, your job is to hand in everything the school needs early rather than reminding a teacher on 17 March or 10 May. The second trap is the 21 April cluster: other academic results (language subjects), music examination results, ACL and prior education information all share one deadline, so if you plan to strengthen your file with IELTS or a graded music exam, sit the test before 21 April and allow time for results to arrive. Third, the five deadlines span January to May; split them into five monthly tasks and clear one each month instead of leaving everything to May.
