These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gradepath (the "Service"), a Hong Kong school-admission information platform operated by Amis Business Service HK Limited. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Gradepath you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Gradepath provides school profiles, school-net mappings, curriculum comparisons, fee information and enrichment materials for Hong Kong kindergartens, primary and secondary schools and universities. Some content is free; some is offered as paid digital products.
3. Paid Products — School Net Data Pack (HK$88)
The School Net Data Pack is a paid digital download delivered immediately after payment via Stripe. Prices are shown in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and include any applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Refund conditions, the request process and processing times are set out in our Refund Policy.
4. Data Sources & Accuracy
School information is compiled from public sources including the Education Bureau (EDB), the Committee on Home-School Co-operation (CHSC) and DATA.GOV.HK, and is provided for general reference only. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant completeness or timeliness. Formal admission, allocation and fee arrangements must be confirmed with the relevant school or official publication.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amis Business Service HK Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from reliance on the information provided.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content, designs and compilations on Gradepath are the property of Amis Business Service HK Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may download the purchased data pack for personal use but may not resell, redistribute or commercially exploit it.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
