Gradepath analysis

The underrated part of this chain is the two gates that are only a day wide. Main round offers appear at 9am on 4 August and the deposit is due by 5pm on 5 August — less than a day and a half. Miss the deposit and the offer is lost in practice even if not on paper. The second gate is the recheck route: results arrive only on 11 August, and requests for reconsideration are accepted between 9am and 5pm on 12 August alone; miss that window and there is no second chance. Decide beforehand whether a recheck is worth it, and if the result improves, someone must be at a computer on 12 August. Third, the 19 and 24 August rounds follow the same rhythm — results at 9am, deposit by 5pm the same day — so August holds four separate payment gates. Settle in advance who pays and how. Mark 4, 5, 11, 12, 19 and 24 August in the calendar now and confirm the payment method beforehand.
